According to the law, foreigners who are determined by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, where they create at least 50 employments, can gain Turkish citizenship.
Accordingly, foreign natural entities who create employment for at least 50 people can request a certificate of conformity by submitting a written application to the following documents to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services (General Directorate of International Labor):
1-) Signature declaration taken from the notary of the applicant,
2-) Employment Information Form,
3-) Notarized Turkish translation of the valid passport and passport,
4-) Four pieces photographs,
5-) Trade registry newspaper records showing the partnership and capital shares of the companies or companies with at least 50 Turkish citizens, and a current Trade Registry Certificate,
6-) Current Workplace Employee List, taken from the Social Security Institution system, which shows the list of people working as insured in the workplaces in which the foreign real person is the owner or partner,
7-) A document taken from the Revenue Administration system that shows the tax debt status of the workplaces in which the foreign natural person is the owner or partner,
8-) Document taken from the Social Security Institution system showing the social security premium debt status of the workplaces in which the foreign natural person is the owner or partner,
9-) In the administrative inspections carried out by public institutions, a written declaration whether the administrative fine has been imposed on the company within the last six months, and if the penalty has been imposed, the related documents must be submitted.
Applications are evaluated by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services. Applications without any deficiencies are finalized within seven working days. In applications made with missing information and documents, the applicant is given thirty days to complete the deficiency. If the deficiency is not resolved within this period, the application will be rejected.
As a result of the evaluation, the application results regarding the foreigners who are understood to meet the necessary conditions are notified to the Ministry of Interior and the applicant.
